Syracuse Lash Extensions

I’m not one to give reviews but I had to on this one. I honestly wish I could could give half a star or none. Julia’s work is not bad and her prices aren’t either. I thought I had found the perfect lash tech for me but the only issue is every single time I have an appointment it falls through. I have to reschedule a bunch of times sometimes within the same day or another day. Julia lets you know very last minute that she cannot take you. I don’t know about anyone else but I love my lashes being done…. Waiting almost three weeks to get them done and Julia keeps rescheduling or canceling? Find a new lash tech.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The lash tech Julia is unprofessional and inappropriate. She profiled me and assumed I wouldn't be able to afford the lashes that I wanted. The lashes turned out so bad and she refused to fix them. I’ve been getting extensions for years from many places and I’ve never had a bad experience until coming here. This picture is a few days after paying for a hybrid set. I’m so upset and disappointed. It's my first and last time coming here.

Love Julia! I was nervous getting eyelash extensions for the first time but Julia made the process easy and explained the process thoroughly to alleviate my nerves. The finished product of my eyelashes were stunning and, I have had people ask me where I get my lashes done. I wanted my lashes to look a certain way and Julia took the time to discuss what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My fills are beautiful as well. Definitely would recommend Julia for eyelash extensions!
